Please note the following when submitting your entry:

Category

Please read the individual criteria for each category to ensure you are entering your project in the appropriate category. The panel reserves the right to move entries they consider to have been entered in the wrong category into another category. However, the panel may choose to disregard entries entered into the wrong category entirely.

Photography:

Please ensure you enter photography relevant to the category being entered. Please ensure photography clearly shows the architecture and design of the space, rather than atmospheric close-ups/abstract images.

Name of Project

Please include the full name, postal address, main switchboard phone number and the web address for the hotel being entered.

Cost of project on completion (actual or estimated)

We recognise that this information is sometimes confidential or difficult to measure.  Where possible, for the architectural awards, please give the overall cost of the development (not including land value but including all other development, construction and design costs).  For the interior design awards, please give the design and fit-out costs for the area of the hotel relevant to the category being entered.

Again, we recognise that a definitive date is not always available.  As a general rule the date of completion is the month of handover to the client and /or the month guests first stayed overnight at the hotel. This must be between 30 April 2008 to 30 April 2009.

Please note, projects entered for the 2008 awards cannot be submitted.
