Ben Webb

Ben is an Interior Designer that has over 10 years experience within the Hospitality and Experiential industry.

In his younger years Ben studied at Kingston University where after graduating began his career at design agency Blacksheep, working for a number of hotel groups including Hilton, Accor and Poland based hotel brand Puro.

As part of his ongoing product design development, Ben collaborated with Ege carpets in 2012 to launch his own carpet collection, Almanac, designed to celebrate the relationship between natural and urban landscape.

In 2013 he launched Superfutures along side architect Andy Martin with the ambition to create a company that offers dynamic design solutions within the hospitality and experiential market place. F&B consultancy, Branding and Interior Design are the three main pillars of Superfutures work base, creating tailor-made packages for each of its clients based upon their specific needs and ambitions. Recent hotel projects include Stock Burger Co and Bloom Kitchen for the IHG group and currently the development of the new Puro hotel to be located on Lodz, Poland. Other international projects include works with the Obica restaurant group in Italy and Ping Pong dining group in Dubai.

With his strong grounding in hospitality design and over 40 restaurants under his belt, Ben sees a golden opportunity for the hotel market to embrace stronger and more conducive F&B experiences for the guest and the local communities. The importance being to grow from the ground up and start with the most important aspect; the food, which he believes then naturally leads to a much stronger brand experience.
